Is glucose c better for you than sugar?
There is no such thing as glucose C. There are three isomers of glucose: alpha-D-glucose, beta-D-glucose, and D-glucose. The most common form of glucose is alpha-D-glucose, which is the form that is found in food and is used by the body for energy. Refined sugar and the type of glucose that is added to foods and drinks, both contain the same kind of sugar molecule, which is sucrose. Sucrose is composed of two simple sugars, glucose, and fructose. Therefore, it is not accurate to say that glucose C is better for you than sugar.
