Beachcomber

• Blend 1 oz. vodka, 1 1/2 oz. white rum, six strawberries, one banana, 1/2 oz. coconut milk, squeeze of lime juice and 1/2 oz. of grenadine. Pour into a tall high ball glass. Garnish with cinnamon.

Pina Colada

• Put 3 oz. of white rum, 3 tbsp. of coconut milk and 3 tbsp. of crushed pineapple into a blender with 2 cups of ice. Blend at high speed until smooth. Strain into a Collins glass and serve.

Bushwacker

• Pour 1 oz. dark rum, 1oz. Kahlua, 1 oz. amaretto, 1 oz. creme de cacao, 1/2 can of coconut milk and 3/4 cup of milk into a blender. Place the blender on medium speed and gradually add ice until thickened. Pour into a cocktail glass and serve.

Pusser's Pain Killer

• Mix 4 oz. Pusser's Rum, 4 oz. pineapple juice, 1 oz. coconut milk and 1 oz. orange juice. Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with nutmeg and serve.
