How long does an open bottle of sake last?
Once opened, sake will generally stay fresh for about 2 weeks if refrigerated. For best flavor, consume sake within 1 week of opening. If you want to store sake for longer, you can freeze it for up to 6 months. When ready to drink, thaw frozen sake in the refrigerator or at room temperature.
