What is this drink gin grenadine cream egg white?
The drink is called a Pink Gin Sour.
Ingredients
* 2 ounces gin
* 1/2 ounce grenadine
* 1/2 ounce cream of coconut
* 1/2 ounce lemon juice
* 1 egg white
* 1/4 ounce simple syrup
* Garnish: Luxardo cherry, lime wedge
Instructions
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
3. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry and a lime wedge.
