What happens if you drink Gatorade and dont do nothing?
Drinking Gatorade without engaging in physical activity or replenishing lost electrolytes might not bring any significant harm but also would likely not provide any meaningful benefits. Gatorade, and other sports drinks are usually beneficial during or after exercises where sweating may lead to the loss of water, electrolytes such as sodium or potassium that can help with dehydration, endurance during exercises etc. But, if consumed under normal scenarios with little to no sweating you probably wont see many of effects that its often marketed for.
