How many times do you drink the same water in your live?
The same water molecules are constantly recycled through the Earth's water cycle. When you drink water, it is made up of water molecules that have likely been drunk and recycled many times before. Some of the water molecules you drink may have been part of the water that dinosaurs drank millions of years ago. In fact, it is estimated that about 32% of the water on Earth is the same water that was here when the Earth was formed 4.6 billion years ago. So while you may not be drinking the exact same water molecules that you drank last week, you are likely drinking water molecules that have been through many cycles of evaporation, condensation, and precipitation.
