100 g of lard is equivalent to how many cups lard?

In the US, lard (and butter) are measured and sold by weight, by the pound. However, in some other countries, especially in Europe, and in older recipes and cookbooks, lard (and butter) may also be measured by the tablespoon, ounce or cup. But, you must realize that the quantity of lard you will get by using those measurements will be an approximate amount.

To give you an idea of how much your 100 grams of lard will be in US and metric cup measurements (note - these are approximate equivalents for reference only, not for precision baking or cooking):

100 grams of lard = 7 ounces (fluid ounces)
