Is it better to put liquor in the freezer or at room temperature?
Most liquors are best stored at room temperature. Freezing can alter their taste and texture, and can even cause some liquours, like vodka, to become cloudy. Some liqueurs, such as those containing cream, should be refrigerated after opening to prevent spoilage.
