How do you make a mango lassi?

Ingredients:

- 2 cups (475 mL) plain yogurt

- 2 cups (475 mL) fresh mango, peeled, pitted and cut into cubes

- 1/4 cup (60 mL) sugar or honey (adjust to taste)

- 1/2 teaspoon (3 g) cardamom powder (optional)

- 1/2 teaspoon (3 g) rosewater (optional)

- 1/2 teaspoon (3 g) ground cumin (optional)

- Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.

2. Blend until smooth and well combined.

3. Add more yogurt, water or mango depending on your desired consistency.

4. Strain the mixture using a fine-mesh strainer to remove any bits of mango or spices.

5. Pour into glasses and serve chilled with ice cubes if desired.
