How do you make lemon-lime soda?
Ingredients:
* 1 cup sugar
* 1/2 cup water
* 1/4 cup lemon juice
* 1/4 cup lime juice
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1 bottle (1 liter) of sparkling water
Instructions:
1. In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Once the sugar has dissolved, reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.
2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the mixture cool completely.
3. Once the mixture has cooled, add the lemon juice, lime juice, and baking soda. Stir until the baking soda has dissolved.
4. In a large bowl or pitcher, combine the cooled mixture with the sparkling water. Stir until well combined.
5. Serve immediately over ice. Enjoy!
