Torched Cherry Cola

• Fill an 8-oz. glass with ice. Add 1 oz. of Bacardi Torched Cherry rum and fill the rest of the glass with cola. Mix the drink with a stir stick and garnish it with a wedge of lime.

Torched Cherry Blossom

• Fill a 7-oz. drink shaker with ice. Add 2 oz. of Bacardi Torched Cherry rum, 1/4 oz. cherry liqueur, 1/2 oz. sweet vermouth, 1/2 oz. dry vermouth and 1 dash of bitters. Stir the liquor with a stir stick. Place a strainer on top of the shaker, and strain the drink into a 6-oz. rocks glass. If you want to drink it straight, strain the cocktail into a martini glass without any ice. Add a cherry. Twist an orange peel over the drink to release the peel's essence, then add the peel to the drink.

Torched Cherry Burnt Berry

• Fill a 7-oz. drink shaker with ice. Add 1 oz. Bacardi Torched Cherry rum, 1 1/2 oz. lemon-lime soda and 1 1/2 oz. of either pomegranate or cranberry juice. Shake the drink shaker to chill the cocktail, place a drink strainer on top the shaker and strain the drink into a 6-oz. glass filled with ice. Add a maraschino cherry.

Torched Cherry Cranberry Bite

• Fill a 7-oz. drink shaker with ice. Add 1 oz. Bacardi Torched Cherry rum, 1 1/2 oz. of cranberry juice and 1 1/2 oz. of sour mix. Shake the drink and strain it with a drink strainer into a 6-oz. glass filled with ice. Garnish the cocktail with either a lemon wedge or a maraschino cherry.
