What is the age of coffee beans used in Columbian coffee?
Colombian Coffee does not use coffee beans of a particular age. Coffee is harvested when the cherries are ripe and red. The cherries are carefully picked and processed to remove the outer pulp and mucilage. The beans are then dried and roasted to develop their flavor and aroma. The age of the beans does not significantly impact their quality.
