Cinnamon-Apple Martini

• For martini lovers, try the cinnamon-apple martini. Shake 1 part apple schnapps, 1 part cinnamon schnapps, 2 parts apple-cinnamon pucker and 2 parts vodka (or apple vodka) in a cocktail shaker with crushed ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and serve. Garnish with a cherry if preferred.

Apple-Cinnamon Twist

• Shake 1 1/4 oz. apple vodka, 1/2 oz. goldschlager and a splash of green apple gelatin mix in a cocktail shaker over crushed ice. Wet the rim of a cocktail glass and dip it in cinnamon. Strain the drink into the cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of apple and a cinnamon stick.

Apple Knocker

• Mix 1 oz. apple cider, 1 1/2 oz. vodka, a splash of lemon juice and a splash of strawberry liqueur in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and serve.

Apple Punch

• To make a large bowl of punch for a crowd, try apple punch. In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of pineapple juice, 3 cups of apple cider, 8 cups of cranberry juice, 4 cups of ginger ale and 3 cups of apple-flavored vodka. Drop in a large apple slice and cinnamon sticks.

  If you want to make this punch for a Halloween party, mix it in a witch's cauldron and top with dry ice.

Trick-or-Tini

• Combine 1 1/2 oz. cinnamon or apple vodka, 1 oz. apple cider, 3/4 oz. apricot liqueur, 1/2 oz. lime juice and 1/4 oz. orange juice in a cocktail shaker. Shake and pour into a chilled martini glass with a cinnamon-coated rim. Garnish with an orange peel and sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Cinnamon Roll

• For a hot drink, try the cinnamon roll. Pour 1 oz. of cinnamon schnapps and 1/2 oz. of apple vodka in a coffee mug. Stir in hot apple cider and top with whipped cream. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and serve.
