Espresso Cocktail

• Mixing espresso vodka with espresso enhances the coffee flavor and adds a caffeine kick. To make an Espresso Cocktail combine 3/4 oz. coffee liqueur, 3/4 oz. espresso vodka and 1 oz. espresso over ice in a Boston shaker; cover, shake and strain into a sugar-rimmed martini glass.

Mochachino Martini

• Adding chocolate flavor will sweeten up a coffee flavored cocktail. A Mochachino Martini is a simple martini that requires only three ingredients: espresso vodka, chocolate syrup, and chocolate liqueur. In a Boston shaker filled with ice combine 2 1/2 oz. espresso vodka, 1 oz. chocolate liqueur and chocolate syrup to taste; cover, shake and strain into a martini glass. Have fun with the garnish: shave chocolate over the top, drizzle the glass with chocolate syrup, or add a cinnamon stick as a stir-stick.

Oatmeal Cookie

• Skip dessert and instead try this decadent cocktail to satisfy your sweet tooth. To make an Oatmeal Cookie combine the following ingredients over ice in a Boston shaker: 1 1/2 oz. espresso vodka, 1/2 oz. cinnamon schnapps, 1/2 oz. butterscotch schnapps and 1/2 oz. Irish cream liqueur. Cover and shake, then pour into a martini glass. Try garnishing with a Pirouline cookie or whipped cream.
