Outrigger

• To make an Outrigger, you'll need 1 ounce of lime vodka, 1 ounce of peach brandy and 1 ounce of pineapple juice. Place these ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain over ice into an old-fashion glass or bucket glass, and serve.

Tree Frog

• The tree frog is made from 1 ounce of lime vodka, 1 ounce of Blue Hawaiian schnapps and 3 ounces of grapefruit juice. Mix all the ingredients together and pour over ice into a highball or chimney glass.

Lime Vodka Mojito

• Traditional mojitos call for rum as the main ingredient; but, for a twist on the traditional mojito, lime vodka can be used. For this preparation, you'll need a pint glass, if you don't have a shaker, and something to muddle the mint. Mix 1 1/4 ounces of lime vodka, 13 mint leaves (reserving three for garnish), 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 ounce of lime juice and 2 ounces of club soda. Place the mint leaves in the bottom of the pint glass, add some crushed ice and all of the ingredients, except the soda water. Muddle them to ensure all the ingredients are mixed thoroughly. Add a little more crushed ice and top it off with the soda water. Garnish with your reserved mint leaves.

Jolly Green Giant

• A jolly green giant is essentially a screwdriver with lime vodka in place of plain vodka. This one's simple. Take an ounce of lime vodka, pour it over ice in a bucket glass and top it off with orange juice.

Swampwater

• This drink is called swampwater because the brandy mixed with the other ingredients gives it a "swampy" look. Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour a splash of lime juice, a splash of sour mix, 3/4 ounces of apricot brandy and 3/4 ounces of lime vodka over the ice. Mix it with a spoon and top it with lemon-lime soda.
