Did Brigham Young own a beer brewery?

Brigham Young did not own a beer brewery.

He was a devout member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and the Church strongly discouraged alcohol consumption. In fact, Young was a vocal advocate for temperance and helped to establish the "Zion's Cooperative Mercantile Institution" (ZCMI), a business that specifically prohibited the sale of alcohol.

While there were breweries in Utah during Young's time, he was not associated with any of them, and he actively campaigned against the use of alcohol.
