Cant have beer made with potatoes or anything to do them eg Dextrose which beers would be ok for me?
Here are some examples of beers that are typically made without potatoes or dextrose:
- Lagers: Most lagers, such as pilsners, helles, and Oktoberfest beers, are made with barley malt, water, hops, and yeast.
- Ales: Many ales, including pale ales, India pale ales (IPAs), stouts, and porters, are also made with barley malt, water, hops, and yeast.
- Wheat beers: Wheat beers, such as hefeweizens and witbiers, are typically made with a combination of barley malt and wheat malt, as well as water, hops, and yeast.
- Gluten-free beers: Some gluten-free beers are made with alternative grains, such as sorghum, buckwheat, or millet, instead of barley. These beers are typically labeled as "gluten-free" or "made with gluten-free ingredients."
It's important to note that the ingredients used in beer can vary between brands and breweries, so it's always a good idea to check the ingredient list or contact the brewery directly if you have any specific dietary concerns.
