Do energy drinks stunt your growth?
The claim that energy drinks can stunt growth is often repeated but lacks scientific evidence to support it. Energy drinks contain high levels of caffeine and sugar, but studies have not directly linked these ingredients to growth inhibition in humans. However, other factors associated with energy drink consumption, such as poor diet and lack of physical activity, may indirectly affect growth. Nonetheless, more research is necessary to establish a direct causal link between energy drinks and stunted growth.
