How do you get into safe menu?

To enter the Safe Mode menu on a Windows 10 PC:

1. Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.

2. Type msconfig and click OK.

3. In the System Configuration window, click the Boot tab.

4. Under Boot options, select the Safe boot checkbox and click OK.

5. Your computer will restart in Safe Mode.

To enter the Safe Mode menu on a Mac:

1. Shut down your Mac.

2. Press the Power button to turn it back on.

3. Immediately press and hold the Shift key.

4. Release the Shift key when you see the Apple logo.

Your Mac will boot up in Safe Mode.
