How long do you cook a pie crust for lemon meringue pie?
For an unfilled pie crust:
- Blind bake the crust for 15-20 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
- Once the crust is golden brown, remove from the oven and let it cool completely before filling.
For a filled pie crust (with lemon filling):
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake the pie for 25-35 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
