Creme Brulee Recipe

Ingredients:

* 1 cup heavy cream

* 1/2 cup milk

* 1/4 cup sugar

* 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

* 3 egg yolks

* 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

2. In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly.

3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg yolks. Slowly whisk in the hot cream mixture.
