Stella Anginetti Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

* 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

* 1 cup sugar

* 2 large eggs

* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

* 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

* 2 teaspoons baking powder

* 1/2 teaspoon salt

* 1/4 cup milk

* 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two baking sheets.

2. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in vanilla.

3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients alternately with milk, beating well after each addition. Fold in chocolate chips.

4. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto prepared baking sheets, about 2 inches apart.

5. Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until light golden in color.

6. Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
