How do you make hashbrown?
Ingredients:
* 2 pounds russet potatoes
* 1/4 cup chopped onion
* 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
* 1 tablespoon canola oil
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and grate them using the large holes of a box grater.
2. Place the grated potatoes in a colander and rinse under cold water until the water runs clear.
3. Drain the potatoes well, and then pat them dry with paper towels.
4. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, onion, green bell pepper, oil, salt, and pepper.
5. Mix well until the potatoes are evenly coated.
6. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
7. Add the potato mixture to the skillet, spreading it out evenly.
8. Cook the hash browns for 15 minutes, or until they are golden brown on the bottom.
9. Use a spatula to flip the hash browns over, and cook for 15 minutes more, or until they are golden brown on the second side.
10. Serve the hash browns immediately with your favorite toppings, such as ketchup, sour cream, or cheese.
