Easy sugar cookies:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in the vanilla extract and eggs one at a time until well combined.
