How to Make a No-Bake Mango Cheesecake

This recipe is one of my old time favorites and I would like to share it with you.

Things You'll Need

  • Nabisco Pie Crust Shell Honey Maid - 6 Oz
  • 1 Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese - 8 Oz
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp unflavored gelatin dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water
  • 3 ripe mangoes, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a blender, process cream cheese and sugar.

  2. Add heavy cream and process until smooth.

  3. Add your gelatin mixture.

  4. Stir in your chopped mangoes.

  5. Pour the cream cheese filling into your ready made crust.

  6. refrigerate and serve. Enjoy!
