Propel water does contain artificial sweeteners. The sweeteners used in Propel water are sucralose and acesulfame potassium. Sucralose is a no-calorie sweetener that is approximately 600 times sweeter than sugar. Acesulfame potassium is another no-calorie sweetener that is approximately 200 times sweeter than sugar. Both sucralose and acesulfame potassium are considered safe for consumption by the FDA.
