When lollies were made?
The earliest known lollies were made in ancient China, more than 2,000 years ago. These lollies were made from a mixture of honey, sugar, and spices, and were often shaped into animals or other objects. In the 13th century, Marco Polo introduced lollies to Europe, where they quickly became popular. By the 15th century, lollies were being made in France, England, and Germany. In the 19th century, the invention of the candy press made it possible to mass-produce lollies, which led to their widespread popularity. Today, lollies are enjoyed by people of all ages around the world.
