Nature's Candy

1. Cut the top flaps off the box. Line the inside with aluminum foil, keeping the shinier side up. Place the two bricks on the bottom and fit the grate on top. Position the lamp about a foot away from the food and at least eight inches away from the walls of the box so as to ensure no fire hazards.

2. Cut the fruit into thin, uniform slices. Try to keep them all the same thickness so they'll dry out at the same time. Place the slices on the grate.

3. Turn on the lamp, fit the top over the box, and let sit for at least 24 hours (depends on the kind of fruit being used) or until desired dryness.

Coconut and Chocolate Treats

1. Fill one pot halfway with water, and bring it to a boil. Fit the other pot over this one and place the chocolate inside to melt.

2. Mix the rest of the ingredients together. Parse out into little balls and set on a cookie sheet.

3. When the chocolate is melted, turn off the stove and brush the coconut balls with the melted chocolate. If desired, let the chocolate dry and brush another layer of chocolate.
