What is paprika made
Paprika is made from grinding dried red bell peppers (also called sweet peppers). The peppers are typically ripened in the sun before being picked and dried. The seeds and stems are removed, and the peppers are then ground into a powder. Paprika can vary in colour from bright red to deep orange, and it has a slightly sweet and smoky flavour.
