What is a flaming Dr. Pepper?
Flaming Dr. Pepper is a drink made by lighting Dr. Pepper on fire. The process is as follows:
Ingredients
- Dr. Pepper poured to a few ounces below the rim of a drinking glass
- Grain alcohol (Everclear)
- Lighter or match
Instructions
1. First step: pour the Dr. Pepper into a glass.
2. Then you pour the 151 in. Just keep pouring until there's about an inch of liquid in the glass. Don't go over an inch — the more you pour in the higher the flames are going to get, and the greater chance you have of burning yourself or something else.
3. Take a lighter and light the mixture on fire.
4. Let it burn for about a minute or until the flames die down.
5. Blow the flames out.
6. Once it is finished burning drink it (carefully).
Warning:
The Flaming Dr. Pepper can easily boil over if it is not carefully watched. It is recommended that you not drink the Flaming Dr. Pepper if you are under 21 years of age.
