How to Season Ground Pork
Ground pork is an inexpensive meat available from most butchers. It is used in several types of sausage, and can be used in lieu of ground beef in many recipes. However, unseasoned ground pork can detract from the flavor of a dish, rather than complementing or adding to it. Season ground pork before using it in recipes for the best-tasting results. Several herbs and other seasonings are required to flavor ground pork properly.
