How to Make Pomegranate Jelly (6 Steps)
Pomegranate jelly is great on sandwiches and toast. You can even modify this recipe to make syrup for pancakes.
Things You'll Need
- canning jars
- 4 c. pomegranate juice to 4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 package pectin
- large pot
- spoon
Instructions

Put the pomegranate juice into the pot and bring to a boil.

Add lemon juice and return to a boil.

Add pectin. Skim off the suds and add sugar.

Boil 5 - 10 min.

Boil the jars and seals.

Pour mixture into jars about 3/4 full. Seal and allow to cool to room temperature.
