Peeling an orange can be a very messy task. You may squeeze to tightly and juice can get all over your hands. Sometimes the rind breaks off into tiny pieces making the peeling process very tedious. Here is a tip to peel an orange in one motion. You'll find it exciting to peel an orange and get the whole rind off in one piece. Make peeling your orange fun!

First choose an orange that is a bright orange color with no bruises or cracks. You want the orange that you choose to peel to be tasty and appealing.

Rub the orange between your hand and the table. Use a little bit of pressure, but don't press too hard or you will create a big juicy mess. Continue rubbing the orange around and around being sure to massage all surfaces of the orange.

Prick the orange with your finger nail and make a small opening. Slowly, begin to open the orange and peel off the rind. You'll notice that it comes off very easily. It will not stick to the orange slices, but be careful so that you can get the peel to come off in one piece.

Once you are finished, your peel should be in one piece. It's a lot of fun! If you couldn't get it off in one piece, try again next time. Either way, you can now your freshly peeled orange.
