Recipe: Quick and Easy Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 frozen banana, cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon honey, optional (adjust to taste)
- Ice, as needed
Instructions:
1. Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender.
2. Begin blending on low speed and gradually increase it until the mixture reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
3. Adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
4. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add more frozen bananas or ice. Conversely, if you prefer a thinner smoothie, add a bit more milk.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
