What is milk pan?
A milk pan is a saucepan specifically designed for heating milk. It is typically made of metal, such as stainless steel or aluminum, and has a long handle for easy handling. Milk pans are usually small in size, with a capacity of around one to two liters, and have a wide base to prevent the milk from boiling over. They are often used for making hot chocolate, sauces, or custards, as well as for warming milk for coffee or tea. Some milk pans also have a spout for easy pouring.
