How do you care for Wolfgang Puck cookware?
Caring for Wolfgang Puck Cookware:
Before First Use:
1. Wash the cookware in hot soapy water, rinse, and dry.
2. Season carbon steel cookware by applying a thin layer of cooking oil to the interior surface and heat it over medium heat until the oil begins to smoke. Let it cool completely, discard the oil, and wipe away any residue.

General Care:

Carbon Steel Cookware:
1. Carbon steel cookware requires seasoning before use to create a non-stick surface.
2. To season carbon steel cookware, heat it over medium heat until the surface is very hot.

4. Let the oil smoke for a few minutes, then reduce the heat to low and continue to heat for 15 minutes.
