How do you cook capozella?
Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated vegetarian cheese (such as parmesan or mozzarella)
- 1 tablespoon bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with the Italian seasoning, cheese, and bread crumbs.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
4. Spread the cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until tender and browned.
5. Serve immediately as a delicious side dish or vegetarian entrée.
