How do you dedscale a keurig?
To descale your Keurig, you will need to follow the steps below:
1. Turn off and unplug your Keurig.
2. Remove the water reservoir and empty it.
3. Place a large mug or container under the coffee outlet.
4. Pour 10 ounces of white vinegar into the water reservoir.
5. Plug in and turn on your Keurig.
6. The Keurig will start its descaling cycle. This process may take several minutes.
7. Once the descaling cycle is complete, turn off your Keurig and unplug it.
8. Empty the mug or container of vinegar water.
9. Rinse the water reservoir thoroughly.
10. Refill the water reservoir with cold water.
11. Plug in and turn on your Keurig.
12. Run a brew cycle with plain water to rinse any remaining vinegar from the system.
13. Discard the water from the cup and enjoy a freshly brewed cup of your favorite coffee!
