Are things that are boiling always hot?
Things that are boiling are always at the boiling point of the substance. The boiling point is the temperature at which a liquid turns into gas.
For example, the boiling point of water at sea level is 100 degrees Celsius. So if water is boiling, it is at 100 degrees Celsius.
However, boiling does not necessarily mean hot. For example, if you boil water at 70 degrees Celsius, it is still boiling, but it is not hot.
So to summarize, things that are boiling are always at the boiling point of the substance, but they are not necessarily hot.
