To cook bulgar, follow these steps:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup bulgur
- 2 cups water or broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the bulgar under cold water in a fine-mesh sieve until the water runs clear. Drain well.
2. In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the bulgur and cook, stirring frequently, until it is lightly toasted and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
