Can You Make Panckes Without Flour?

Ingredients

- 2 cups almond flour

- 2 tablespoons coconut flour

- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 2 eggs

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

- 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, coconut oil, and honey.

3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined. Do not overmix.

4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Grease the skillet with coconut oil.

5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

6. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings, such as butter, syrup, fruit, or nuts.
