How to Freeze Apples For Pies

Things You'll Need
- 10 c. water
- 4 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tbsp. real lemon juice
Instructions

Pour all ingredients above in saucepan and bring to a boil on high heat. Put mixture aside to cool.

Peel, core and slice about 5 1/2 pounds apples. Dip apples in mixture.

Divide apples into usable portions and store in air tight container, then freeze.
