How to Release the Blade From a KitchenAid Stand Mixer
KitchenAid is a well-known manufacturer and wholesaler of kitchen tools and appliances. The stand mixer that it sells is a heavy-duty and high-end product. Changing the accessories on the mixer is simple and requires very little effort. If you wish to take the blade attachment off the beater shaft you can do so easily with a simple adjustment to the attachment. Learn how to remove the blade safely and effectively every time.
Instructions

Push the speed lever located on the left side of the mixer all the way to the left until it reaches the "Off" position.

Lower the bowl by rotating the bowl release lever back and down. The release handle is located on the right side of the mixer.

Remove the beater blade from the beater shaft. Hold the top of the blade nearest the beater shaft and push upward while turning to the right. Then pull the beater blade down and off the beater shaft.
