What happens if you put pancake syrup in a gas tank?

DO NOT PUT PANCAKE SYRUP IN A GAS TANK.

It's a very bad idea, and here's why:

* It won't burn: Pancake syrup is primarily sugar and water. Engines need fuel that burns efficiently, and syrup simply won't do that.

* It will clog your engine: The syrup will gum up the fuel lines, fuel injectors, and other engine components.

* It will cause major damage: This damage could be very expensive to repair or even require a complete engine replacement.

* It's a fire hazard: Syrup is flammable, and mixing it with gasoline could create a dangerous situation.

If you accidentally put syrup in your gas tank, here's what you should do:

1. Stop driving immediately.

2. Have your car towed to a mechanic.

3. Explain the situation to the mechanic. They will be able to properly drain the tank and clean your fuel system.

Important Note: If you think someone has put syrup in your gas tank without your knowledge, contact the authorities. This is a form of vandalism and can be a very serious issue.
