How to Cook Frozen Omelettes (9 Steps)

The same technique for reheating the frozen omelettes will also work with commercially frozen products sold in supermarkets.
Things You'll Need
- Microwave-safe plate
- Paper towel
- Baking sheet
- Cooking spray
- Aluminum foil
Microwave Method

Arrange a single frozen omelette on a microwave-safe plate.

Cover the omelette with a paper towel.

Heat the omelette on high power for two minutes.

Leave the omelette covered in the microwave for one minute to finish cooking through. Heat the omelette for an additional one minute on high power if needed, but avoid over cooking.
Oven Method

Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Tightly cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil.
