How to Make Egg Sandwiches (5 Steps)

Things You'll Need

  • Bread
  • 2 eggs per sandwich
  • Pot of boiling water
  • Mayonnaise
  • Garlic powder
  • Parsley
  • A small bowl

Instructions

  1. Bring water to the boil in the pot before adding the eggs. Be careful not to scald yourself as the eggs are placed inside. Boil for about 4 minutes.

  2. Remove the eggs from the pot and shell them, leaving a hard-boiled egg center.

  3. In a small bowl, place the eggs and add two tablespoons of mayonnaise. Crush the eggs with a fork and stir in the mayonnaise until pasty.

  4. Add garlic and parsley for flavoring.

  5. Spread thickly on a slice of bread.
