How to Make Easy Ham, Egg and Cheese Baked Breakfast
An egg, which contains 70 calories and 6 grams of protein, can star in almost any breakfast you want to prepare, including baked casseroles with eggs, ham and cheese. Regular casseroles and breakfast casseroles come together the same way, though breakfast casseroles look more like a quiche without a crust.
Things You'll Need
- Baking dish
- Butter
- 7 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- Bowl
- Whisk
- 6 oz. cubed ham
- 6 oz. cheese cubes
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Spray the baking dish with nonstick spray or rub it with butter.

Beat the eggs and milk together in a large bowl with a whisk. Add the ham, breadcrumbs and cheese. Stir until combined.

Pour into the baking dish and put into the oven for 25 minutes until firm in the middle and light golden brown.
