What is icy sugar?
Icy sugar (also called frosting sugar or confectioner's sugar) is finely ground granulated sugar combined with a small amount of cornstarch (often 3–5%) to prevent caking. It is used to make frostings and glazes, as well as cakes, cookies and other desserts.
