How do you carmalize bananas?

Ingredients:

- 4 bananas, ripe

- 1 tablespoon (14 grams) unsalted butter

- 2 tablespoons (30 grams) granulated sugar

- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- Pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Peel and slice bananas into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
