Ingredients:
- 4 bananas, ripe
- 1 tablespoon (14 grams) unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons (30 grams) granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions:
1. Peel and slice bananas into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
2. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add bananas to skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until bananas are softened and lightly browned.
4. Sprinkle sugar, cinnamon, and salt over bananas and stir to coat.
5. Continue to cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until bananas are caramelized and sugar has melted.
