Can you use all purpose flour instead of almond in your macarons?
Almond flour is an essential ingredient in macarons and cannot be substituted with all-purpose flour. Almond flour gives macarons their signature texture and flavor. All-purpose flour does not have the same fat content or moisture level as almond flour, and will not produce the same results.
